Permissions
The Reflector Health iOS app will request permissions to access the details from the Health App that make up the Apple Watch Rings. There will also be permissions requested to run as a background task, so that the details can be exported without having to constantly launch the app.
When does it sync?
The Apple Watch activity summary is only synced when you unlock your iPhone. This is a security feature, your health data in the Health App is encrypted when the iPhone screen is locked.

Yes! The first month is free, try before you buy. The price is one of the lowest subscription tiers, you can pay monthly or annually.
